clear in-depth tea book

Great info and detail. I have just seen a new book well two years old, some how I missed it. We all should be doing this

I really am happy to see people doing there own research on Puerhs, since this is an area that needs research. I once asked a tea research professional why is there not much or no clear information on Puerhs, and he said, "not many people will donate their masterpiece puerhs to science". What he meant with this and other words is that the work is painstaking and time taking...and no budget for this. There is some work being done now professionally. Also I have a few tea friends that have bought the same Puerhs and then stored them in their own houses. Same city "Taipei", but microclimate differences and in a few years the teas did not taste the same. I will be doing some of these trials with them on storage. finally a Korean Tea Book

Korea was and is very steeped deep in tea. And the book is in English and well written.
